Can I share these files?
Please do not share these files, each person using them should have paid for them.
Can I sell these files?
These files are not for resale or giving away, nor for using in other digital products to sell. You may make physical items with them, such as cards as toppers to sell.
When will I be able to download my items?
After you have paid with Paypal you will receive an email from bestcardmaking-downloads with a link to your downloads. Click the link/s to download your item/s. Please check your Junk and Spam folders if you don't see the email in your Inbox.
Where is my download?
Please check your Paypal email address. If it is entered incorrectly you will not receive the download link, and I will not be able to contact you. Your payment will be refunded. After payment you will receive an email from bestcardmaking-downloads. Please check your Junk and Spam folders if you don't see it in your Inbox. When you click the download link in your email you will be taken to a page where you click on a link for your downloads. You can normally choose where on your PC the file will be downloaded to. If you are using Firefox as your browser it will make a folder called Downloads in your My Documents folder and your files will be in there.
My files are in a zipped folder, how do I access them?
If your files are in a zipped folder, please right-click on the folder and choose Extract All. The individual files will then be emptied out of the folder for you to use. The zipped folder stays intact so you can do this as many times as you wish.
How do I crop or resize the images?
Please download the Digi How To... sheet from the Free Stuff section, it has info on how to use Word for manipulating your images
Why didn't I receive a Newsletter?
The email address you gave when subscribing was not correct. If you don't receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription it is because the email couldn't get through to you. Please try again and enter your email address carefully.
